Paid features are for infrastructure, not for basic agency.
The free product should let someone run HivemindOS, connect their own keys, talk to their own agents, and operate their own local hive. Paid features are where HivemindOS takes on the expensive parts: hosted rooms, managed routing, reliability, and orchestration that would otherwise become a setup project.
