Slash Commands
HivemindOS chat surfaces support two command families:
- Dashboard shortcuts handled by the HivemindOS UI.
- Hermes and gateway commands handled by the connected runtime.
Some commands are CLI-only or gateway-only. In the dashboard, unavailable commands may still appear as runtime help when the connected agent exposes them.
When a dashboard command and runtime command share the same name, the dashboard command handles it first in the HivemindOS chat surface. Use the runtime’s native CLI/TUI when you need the runtime-specific behavior for a colliding command such as /sessions or /usage.
AEON Operator
/aeon [request] turns the current chat into an AEON operator session. It can set up an instance, inspect or edit skills, change schedules, diagnose missed runs, turn the current conversation into a scheduled automation, and edit STRATEGY.md, soul/SOUL.md, or soul/STYLE.md.
The command targets the linked AEON workspace. In a company CEO chat, it targets the workspace already selected as that Zero Human Company’s AEON backbone, so the same skill, schedule, agent engine, model, Strategy, and Soul remain in force on later company cycles. It will not silently create a second workspace or change the saved company binding.
It works the same way when that workspace lives on another linked HivemindOS machine. You can also ask it to review recent Claude or OpenClaw conversations before turning a successful chat into a reusable automation.

The visible chat keeps the short command. Behind it, HivemindOS gives the selected tool-capable agent the linked workspace and current AEON operating contract. Repository creation, credentials, real dispatches, commits, and pushes still follow the active chat’s confirmation policy.
